About The Beaufort

The Beaufort is South Wales’ oldest continually trading hotel, retaining the charm and character of a 16th century coaching house, whilst providing modern conveniences to all its guests.

Each of the 25 bedrooms comes with en-suite facilities. Some of the older rooms still retain original oak beams, and more modern rooms are also available. Most rooms come with Wi-Fi access, and all rooms contain basic amenities. Ground floor rooms are available for guests who struggle with mobility.

The Beaufort holds a wedding licence and offers a full wedding package. The function rooms are also available for corporate events.

Beaufort Restaurant and The Beaufort Bar are available throughout the week for guests to enjoy. The restaurant serves a range of traditional British and international dishes.

The hotel is within a few minutes walk of Chepstow’s town centre, offering links across South Wales.
