High Marks for the Staff.

The majority of travellers praised the staff for being attentive, friendly and professional; only some visitors mentioning slow wait-staff

Beautiful Surf Steps from Room.

While some guests mentioned the shore gets a little ‘seaweed heavy’ at times, overall the beach is reportedly gorgeous and not overcrowded like some resorts. The pool area also got kudos from visitors for being large and clean.

Praise for the Kitchen.

Several visitors remarked how much they loved having a full kitchen and dining table in their suites, particularly those guests travelling with their children.

Negative Reviews

Wi-Fi Spotty At Best.

Some guests either couldn’t access the Wi-Fi or it was extremely slow. Some guests also mentioned that the strongest signals were in the lobby, but other areas of the hotel (like rooms, beach, etc.) were a bit useless.

Run Down in Places.

While guests mentioned the areas looked clean (for the most part), they said some rooms didn’t always smell clean. They also commented that some facilities and amenities had trouble working, such as no hot water in bathrooms or TVs with no sound.

No ATM / Money Exchange.

Some guests mentioned there are no ATMs on-site and no money exchange, although they only accept local currency. So if you’re travelling from abroad, you’ll want to make sure to exchange your money before arriving on the property.
