Many guests say that the hotel acts as a good base for getting about in Cornwall. It is easy to get to Tintagel or Bocastle and many other places are literally at the door step of the hotel. Guests talk highly about the owner and appreciate his friendliness and helpful manner deeply, which they say makes them want to visit again.

Comfortable rooms; fabulous breakfast

Dated hotel

Musty smells

Shower issues

Guests say there is no shower in the second floor rooms and they have to go downstairs to use the shower. The bathroom has no exhaust and guests say they had to open the window, which was very dirty and mouldy.
