About Bahía Calpe by Pierre & Vacances

Just twenty metres from the town’s Mediterranean beaches, the Hotel Bahía Calpe provides a restful and relaxing location for breaks on Spain’s Costa Blanca.

Rooms at Bahía Calpe are attractively designed to include: fitted bathroom with hairdryer, minibar, direct access telephone, Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning and heating and safe box.

Impressive communal facilities include: gymnasium, sauna, outdoor pool with additional children’s pool, solarium, private garage parking, bars, sauna, gymnasium and restaurant.

The buffet style restaurant is ‘open view,’ allowing guests to see their meals being prepared. The lobby and terrace bars serve a wide range of drinks in a relaxed setting.

The beautiful beaches and clear seas make the area ideal for sailing, windsurfing, diving – or just sunbathing. The Rock of Ifach, a ‘mini’ Gibraltar, is a prime geological feature of the resort and region. This accommodation is also known as Bahía Calpe, Hotel Bahía Calpe Pierre & Vacances, Hotel Bahía Pierre & Vacances, and Bahía Calpe Pierre & Vacances.

Positive Reviews

Good breakfast choice

There is plenty available with lots of choices to suit most tastes.

Clean enough

More than adequate standards of housekeeping. Rooms are kept in good order.

Must do better

It could, so easily, become a memorable hotel for all the right reasons. As it is, it’s OK and probably better than many competitors. Frustratingly under achieving though!

Negative Reviews

Negative staff

They seem to have a luke warm, over cooked, chip on their combined shoulder. Moody and unco-operative, they need to be reminded precisely who is paying their wages. *’You’ are!

Not hot on the food

It’s not served hot. Food is served semi warm and particularly in this climate, the question of bugs, ladened with bacteria - and similar type problems - comes to mind. Also, the late evening restaurant serving time is … too late for most guests! Back to the room for a coffee? You’ll be lucky! They don’t provide tea and coffee facilities here.

Go dine with someone else

You don’t have to pay these food and drink prices; nor do you have to share in whatever it is that makes the staff, generally, moody *The nearby Spanish bar, Tres Palmeras, has a great ‘happy hour’ … for 3 hours, from 4 pm! Reasonably priced, good quality meals are served at the Delphin Bar. That’s just the start!
