The Staff Will Make You Feel Like Family

When staying here, it just might feel like you're entering a second home. Guests said staff members were extremely welcoming and chatty, taking time to really get to know them. In many cases, the great guest service was a factor that made people eager to stay here again in the future.

Poor Soundproofing

From time to time, guests mentioned that exterior sounds were too easy to hear from their rooms. Usually, this occurred even when the fellow guests or staff members weren't going out of their way to be especially loud, but just doing normal activities. If you get distracted easily, make sure to stash some earplugs in your suitcase.

The Rooms Look Quite Tired

There were many guest comments about how the rooms look quite old fashioned and were certainly well used to the point of being in desperate need of refurbishment. Fortunately though, there are reportedly massive ongoing renovations occurring after a change in management.

The Wi-Fi Needs Work

Guests frequently had difficulties using the Wi-Fi. During instances where they were trying to connect to the Internet for work purposes, the troubles were especially frustrating to experience.
