Comfortable and Spacious Rooms

Some guests were surprised to find that their rooms were very spacious and that the beds were comfortable and rooms overall clean. Some guests even described the décor as modern and new.

Good Breakfast to Start the Day

The breakfast items were good and varied for guests who enjoyed the continental breakfast options by the hotel. There are yogurts, tea and coffee and various pastries which was a good variety.

Helpful Staff Members

The staff members helped their guests with a prompt check-in and check-out and were also available for major issues that came up. They helped with directions, advice and refurbished items that were not working.

Negative Reviews

Non-Smoking Rooms Smell of Smoke

Some guests were put-off by the constant smoke smell coming from their rooms even though it was advertised as non-smoking. This is a real disappointment given people should not have to bear a smell that also harms them.

Thin Walls Equals to Loud Noise

The loud noises emanating from the other rooms of people watching TV, screaming, or talking loudly. There were occasions when some guests could not sleep until the noises would lessen a bit. It is normal for others to do what they wish but the noise level was too much to bear.

Shady People in the Hotel

Some guests were scared to have booked their rooms because of the weird atmosphere of drunk and drugged people in cars and around the area. There were also women who were being picked up at the bar.
