A highlight for many guests is the luxurious Sky Bar, which manages to be both relaxed and classy all at once. Attentive servers mix magnificent cocktails and help to foster a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Contemporary music plays softly, while the views over the city are spectacular.

Badly Soundproofed Rooms

Perhaps the most recurrent cause for complaint is a poor night’s sleep on account of noise. Whether it be from an event on the first floor, or from the adjacent nightclub, the sound of loud music pumping into the small hours has driven some guests to despair.

Disorganised Breakfast

A notable number of guests express disappointment at the breakfast buffet. While the food is generally considered to be very good, the organisational aspect lets the service down, with long waits to be seated, uncleaned tables and non-replenished items, as well as cramped conditions, especially at busy times.

The Long Wait

While many staff are thanked for their part in making stays more enjoyable, some are criticised for a lacklustre approach. Understaffing in some departments means guests often have inexplicably long waits to check-in, while some room-service orders take upwards of an hour to arrive.
