Positive Reviews

Scottish breakfast fit for a king.

The Scottish cooked breakfasts served at Rosebank House were said to be excellent all round — well-cooked, delicious, of a formidable size, made from local ingredients and accompanied by host of continental options, including home-made scones, yogurt and jam.

The warmest of welcomes.

According to reviews, the hosts here are a textbook definition of hospitality, with those who stayed mentioning that they felt very much welcome as soon as they arrived — perhaps since some were apparently greeted with tea and scones. Furthermore, they were mentioned to be more than accommodating at all times and apparently had some great local recommendations to make in terms of where to eat in nearby Blairgowrie.

Lovely house; comfy and cosy.

Those who decided on a stay at Rosebank House mentioned that they had plenty of  free parking available, which was handy for those exploring the area, while the house and gardens were described as being rather lovely indeed. On top of this, guests mentioned warm and comfortable rooms, with tasty little treats like biscuits and luxurious duvets, while the living room area was also thought to be cosy, especially when the fire was lit and the weather was not behaving.
