Negative Reviews

Parking issues

For many guests the biggest problem is parking. The onsite facilities are almost always full and the street parking is restricted. Guests say it is a nightmare driving around until they can find a spot even at the end of the street.

Poor Wi-Fi signal; climb to top floor rooms

The Wi-Fi signal is spotty in the rooms and some guests find this very inconvenient. Guests say it is difficult to climb up to the top floor rooms dragging their heavy luggage in the sweltering heat.

Beds are hard; no en suite facilities

Some guests say that the beds are slightly too hard for their comfort. They also wish the rooms had en suite facilities, especially when travelling with children.
