Clean and comfortable.

This Travelodge has been recently refurbished and guests love the brand new look. Reviews indicate that you’ll find the rooms and communal areas of this hotel are clean, comfortable and put a range of conveniences at your fingertips.

Attentive staff.

Despite this hotel coming in at the lower end of the price scale, it seems that you’ll enjoy five-star service. Guests describe the staff as friendly, attentive, chatty and good-humoured. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the team here.

This hotel places you a short walk from Birmingham city centre. Thus, you’ll find many of the area’s attractions are also within easy reach. If you have driven into Birmingham, there’s a good chance you can leave your car parked up since you probably won’

Negative Reviews

Noise concerns.

The city centre location generally means that you should expect to hear some noise during your stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, some guests found the noise levels were excessive. Furthermore, there is construction work taking place nearby.

Some disappointment with breakfast.

Although many guests thought the breakfast was of a high standard, others were less impressed by what’s on offer here. It shouldn't be a huge concern - if it’s not your cup of tea, you’ll find plenty of alternatives nearby.

Rooms can get unbearably hot.

This probably won’t be too much of an issue during winter, but watch out if the weather is nice during your stay. The bedrooms seem to be unbearably hot. The fact that you can’t open the windows further than a few inches doesn't help!
