Positive Reviews

Quirky and unique style throughout

The striking design of the Crazy Bear Beaconsfield was one of the highlights for most previous guests. From the rooms to the terrace pool area, all corners of the hotel are generally described as being appointed to a very high standard overall.

Food at a great standard

With both English and Thai restaurants available on-site, there is plenty of choice available when it comes to food at the hotel. Thankfully, the large majority of past visitors were appreciative of the quality and variety served up by both of the accommodation's restaurants.

Staff nice and attentive

Despite some dissenting comments, most found the staff members at the Crazy Bear Beaconsfield to provide a good level of service. The hotels personnel were regarded as attentive and friendly for the most part.

Negative Reviews

Rooms small, ill-equipped and dimly lit

Whilst the opulent style was appreciated by most, numerous previous visitors were critical about their rooms at the Crazy Bear Beaconsfield. Along with a supposed lack of amenities provided, some of the hotel's rooms were defined as cramped and too dark on occasion.

Limited parking spaces available on-site

It was regularly claimed that the parking provided by the hotel was not entirely sufficient. The on-site parking lot is apparently limited in terms of the spaces available, which has led to some past guests needing to find alternative parking options in the area.

Overpriced for what is received

From the general cost of staying to the prices of food and drink, the Crazy Bear Beaconsfield was regularly lambasted for the supposedly substandard value for money provided. In summary, the majority of former visitors felt that the hotel was more style over substance overall.
