Difficult to Find the Car Park Entrance

Some guests were so confused that they had to contact the staff for assistance, but said the employees patiently explained the fastest and easiest routes to the car park without making the guests feel uneasy.

The Rooms Are Too Warm

Even during wintertime stays, guests frequently found the rooms to feel too hot. Guests also clarified the heat seems centrally controlled, and it's not possible to open the windows. Both those factors made it hard to cope with the hot temperatures.

Bathrooms Are Poorly Designed
