Quiet, but central, residential area

Guests liked the location of the apartment buildings, saying they were in a quiet residential area, but not isolated. They mentioned that they were close enough to La Sagrada Familia to walk, and even closer to practical amenities like good supermarkets and a metro station.

Apartments were a good size

It was rare to read a guest review that didn’t mention the size of the apartment. Guests were pleasantly surprised to find that they were quite a bit larger than they had expected, with more than enough room for all occupants.

Apartments were cleaned

Guests reported that their apartment had been well cleaned before they arrived and that staff would be around to take out the trash and do a bit of tidying up periodically.

No on-site reception

The hotel has no on-site reception, but a fairly high-tech automated machine that checks guests in and presumably provides keys somehow. However, not all guests were happy with this system, with some saying it was a bit difficult to use and only had instructions in Spanish.

Kitchens are poorly equipped

Those guests who wanted to use their kitchens for more than making a quick snack or hot beverages said that the kitchens really weren't sufficiently equipped to prepare full meals, with one or two key items typically missing.

Continual problems with the Wi-Fi

Guests just couldn’t seem to win with the Wi-Fi. A number of problems were reported, often by the same guest. The gist of it was that guests couldn’t rely on the Wi-Fi, so those with an urgent need for connectivity might need to make sure they have data roaming enabled on their mobile phones.
