About Pant Teg Bed and Breakfast

This family-run B&B is set in a 150-year-old stone cottage in a leafy village five miles south of Bangor. A warm welcome and peaceful surroundings complement Pant Teg Bed and Breakfast’s quaint 19th century charm.

Three cosy guest rooms with homey decor feature flat-screen TVs and tea/coffee-making facilities. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms; the other has with a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi. There’s also a separate cottage accommodation with a full kitchen and lounge/dining area.

Wi-Fi and parking are both free. Guests can relax in a conservatory lounge and store bikes in a secure shed.

Continental and cooked-to-order breakfasts are served daily (additional charges may apply) in a pleasant, wood-floored dining room. There’s also a local pub nearby.

Pant Teg Bed and Breakfast is one-and-a-half miles from the North Wales Expressway and three-and-a-half miles from Snowdonia National Park.

Positive Reviews

Village location is peaceful and convenient

The quiet little village of Tregarth is an ideal place to lay your head if you're looking to enjoy a relaxing break as it retains a gloriously unhurried ambience and is blessed with some lovely natural surroundings. However, the village's proximity to the nearby A5 means you can easily go out and explore North Wales whenever you ever get the urge to step things up a gear.

Cooked-to-order breakfasts are just about perfect

If you're someone who really appreciates a well-cooked morning meal then you'll be in your element here. As well as cooking up all your favourite English/Welsh breakfast items to order (and to preference), the Pant Teg Bed and Breakfast's kitchen wizards serve them up in portions that can only really be described as ‘substantial'. If you clean your plate then don't expect to feel hungry again until mid-afternoon at the earliest...

Lovely owners engender a warm and welcoming vibe

The Pant Teg Bed and Breakfast's owners are the kind of people who can't help but go above and beyond in their quest to ensure every single guest enjoys a truly memorable trip away. If you have a question, query or quandary then these are definitely the folks to run it past - they won't leave any stone unturned in their efforts to accommodate your needs and make you feel at home. Without doubt, this is what top-notch B&B hospitality looks like. Outstanding.
