Great soundproofing allows guests to have a great sleep.

The hotel is located in a busy street. In fact, it’s located on top of a small shopping centre. However, you can barely hear noise from the outside during your stay. You can definitely enjoy a great sleep at the Centre Point Silom without having to worry

Minor issues with cleanliness.

Guests who are very particular with cleanliness would notice that there are minor lapses in housekeeping and maintenance. However, such issues are minor to most guests, and they don’t really affect your stay at the hotel.

Problems with the air conditioning.

Some air conditioning units may not function or may leak. However, you can easily call the reception to have the problem fixed, and they are quick to respond to such emergencies.

Some staffs do not speak fluent English.

Some of the staff may appear to be unfriendly, but it’s mostly a language barrier issue. Some staff does not speak fluent English so there might be problems in dealing with the needs of their guests.
