Positive Reviews

Location couldn't be more handy

With Harrison night market and Burnham Park both just across the street, and Session Road a mere overpass away; it's easy to see why so many guests rave about this hotel's handy location. Being opposite a busy taxi rank is deemed a major plus point too.

Property affords good value for money

Visitors to this property are generally quite approving of the rates they're asked to pay. On the whole, reviewers say the comfortable rooms and impressive location offer good value for money.

Negative Reviews

Interiors look rather tired

Many visitors believe the corridors and public areas in this property have a somewhat dated feel. Some put that date somewhere around the 1990s. Travellers suggest a full refurbishment is overdue.

Wi-Fi isn't good

It has been noted that the freely accessible Wi-Fi provided here is not very accessible at all. Reviewers report that if you're not in the foyer or in a certain hotspot by the lift doors on the sixth-floor then you're unlikely to get much joy.

Accommodations have some maintenance issues

Many travellers are unimpressed with the overall functionality of their rooms. Amongst other things, guests count noisy air conditioning units, faulty entrance card readers, and dodgy taps/temperamental water temperature among the issues that need addressing.
