Negative Reviews

Noisy street

If you are planning to stay at Cornerstone on a Saturday night, you should come prepared for quite a noisy evening. Affords' High Street has been described as a hive of activity over the weekend, with an array of nightclubs and restaurants nearby.

Bathroom needs a little work

Guests were little disappointed that there were no vanities supplied in the bathrooms, however some guests did find left over shampoo from a previous visitor. The taps were reported to be a bit loose, and some mould was reported on the shower curtain.

Smokey smell lingers

Although these are non-smoking rooms, it has been reported by a number of travellers that the rooms smell of second hand smoke. The hallways are musty, and some visitors have even found a cigarette butt or two lying around inside.
