Great location.

Serviced apartments, Parque de las Americas in the south of Tenerife in the Canary Islands are located close to pretty much everything say guest reviews. The apartments are close to Las Americas and to Costa Adeje and are within reach of good eating out joints, shopping areas and the beach.

Good amenities, lovely complex.

The apartments are a good size and nicely done up with lovely balconies. They are clean and well kept and are serviced every day. The pool is a decent size, clean and well looked after. The pool staff and the staff at the reception are very good; helpful with printouts and any advice required. The Internet connection is good too, say a great many reviews.

Great value.

The Parque de las Americas apartments have all the features required for a comfortable stay and are affordable as well. Most guests thought that they offer good value for money. However it has been pointed out that some apartments are much better than others in terms of size, décor and location.

Negative Reviews

Lots of stairs.

The apartments are ranged over two floors but there are quite a few stairs to navigate because there is no lift. This could be a problem for those with heavy bags or mobility issues.
