Brussels International Airport is centrally located in Belgium, which makes this airport a convenient flight destination when visiting 'the capital of Europe', the city of Brussels (European Union Headquarter) and the surrounding region. With its road access from both the Brussels inner and outer ring, combined with 12.600 parking spaces within walking distance from the main terminal, this airport is easy accessible. Besides using the car, there are also good opportunities for travelling by train, bus and taxi. There are 8 big restaurants open from 05:00AM till 10:00PM, a pharmacy (7AM till 7PM), several meeting and conference rooms and facilities, travel agencies, car rentals, at least 15 tour operators and baggage lockers (€7,50 a day). Throughout the terminal (arrival and departure) several cash dispensers and exchange offices are available to regulate your money affairs. The airport also offers Internet and fax facilities, places of worship, various shops (duty-free), free of charge toilets and much more. All the facilities they require in order to travel in comfort are available for disabled passengers. The airport can be visited 24 hours a day, but the facilities are only available 7 days a week from 5:00AM till 10:00PM. |
