Zakynthos or Zante was the first holiday abroad for me and the first together with my wife, belated honeymoon. We did a few excursions on the 2 week holiday, one of them being the island tour which included a boat trip to Smugglers Cove. If you have looked in a holiday brochure that includes the island of Zakynthos you will have seen an image of a shipwrecked boat half covered in sand, this is Smugglers Cove.
