The Acer is an elegant award winning B B which has been beautifully restored. Karen Allen offers a warm welcome and friendly service in a relaxed and pleasant non smoking environment. Superior en suite accommodation is provided housekeeping is of the highest standard. The B B has the benefit of a licence and is quietly located a few minutes walk from the city centre railway station and the York Racecourse. Free parking is available for guests. Breakfast may be served in the privacy of your own room. Check in times are between 9am to 1pm and 5pm to 10.30pm or outside of these times by special arrangement. Guests are kindly requested to specify their estimated time of arrival to within an hour at the time of booking.
