[hocuzei, 23/01/2013] We picked Carlton House from the free guide from Visit York. Booking over the phone was efficient & friendly with advice given regarding walking or taxi from railway station. We walked and it took 9 minutes door to door.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and our visit to York the staff and owners are a credit to the tourism business so friendly, helpful and knowlegable about this vibrant city.
Overall nothing my wife could complain about (which is a one off).
