    The author starts by pointing out that the public areas of the hotel (lobby and coffee shop) are usually very busy - "whatever the time of day". The rooms of the Shangri-La are "large", "comfortable" and "attractive" though nothing really special for a hotel of this class. The bathrooms are spacious, too, and nicely designed. [more]
