[Rach, 16.01.2008] I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for myself and my husband for 5/1/08. We were celebrating a very special occasion and reserved the romance package. We arrived at the hotel only to find that one of the staff had cancelled our booking, we had to wait an hour for the staff to arrange our room, the fruit which was part of the package had seen better days, we were then informed that there were no chefs that weekend, so we had to go out to find a restaurant and there was no English breakfast only continental. The room that we had was horrendous, the floor was so noisy not just in one place, all over. The whole experience ruined our weekend, it wont be a place that we will be visiting again, i dont think it is good value for money and deffinatly not a place for a romantic weekend. If you are thinking of booking this sorry excuse of an hotel i would seriously think again,
