koshkha, 22/06/2010] When a hotel has had many names and many different owners there's usually a high probability that it's just not very good. I've known the Holiday Inn Manchester airport in at least three different incarnations and I guess it'll fail as a Holiday Inn, just as it's failed as the Thistle and as the Swiss Valley Lodge. Just as you often find a 'cursed' restaurant, one that keeps closing and opening and never quite makes it, this hotel has some big problems that aren't easily over-come, no matter who owns it.
