unacceptable

[GuidoM, 07/12/2011] This was the most disappointing stay at Western Cape, ZA we had ever ! We booked the pricy penthouse incl. a rooftop outside pool. Looked great on their website, but: -Pool is dirty, water cold as ice -No cleaning of room for 2 days, no refresh of amenities, towels etc -Loveless, simple breakfast on 1 level, totaly un-qualified service -Neighbourhood is complete fenced & hightech-secured Ocean Palms has brocken doors / fittings etc. - No security. This is a loveless & cost focused operated house, posing to be as a 5 Luxury Guesthouse.
