[clarkee73, 04/02/2012] I was here on a corporate day and from check in the hotel and the staff were really good. Very attentive.
The room was huge, much bigger than I expected with a large wardrobe, table and 2 chairs, desk, double bed and 2 window seats. I was on the second floor looking over the fron drive.
We had pre ordered dinner and I was a little disappointed with the food. It was ok but it could have been better.
Breakfast was very very slow and some of our party did not have time to eat. We were all down by 8.10 and we had all left by 9am. I got my breakfast at 8.45 after ordering at 8.10 and the

[Kate2711, 06/12/2011] Looked like an intersting place to stay, layout is good and rooms simple but nice and clean, I stayed in a double with ensuite and was totally suprised that there was a jacuzzi.
The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly, cannot think of anywhere I have stayed where I have met such lovely people, this included the night security staff, will stay again.
[Sander_Koop, 25/11/2011] Fabulous room, superb bathroom, exquisite food, superlative service.
This is what a hotel stay is supposed to be; luxurious & relaxing.
Staff is very friendly & helpful, and the place is dog-friendly! That's what made it just that extra bit special.
We shall return!
[yoshike, 17/11/2011] We arrived on Tuesday, 15th and stayed in the Green Olive room.
First impressions of the hotel, very cute and cosy.
Our room was clean and very homely. I love that they don't use room numbers but a variety of foods to name the rooms.
We loved the modern bathroom, little touches like a radio alarm, power shower, ipod dock, lovely staff and the restaurant food was brilliant, yet very modestly priced.
Bonus is that they accept dogs and they are on the high street of this charming little town, yet it was quiet enough for a great night sleep.
Would recommend to anyone who is thinking

[clarkee73, 08/11/2011] I booked a couple of weeks before and was surprised to find a room for £29. I jokingly suggested a family room and this was what I got. Sofa bed which was great, double bed, desk and large bathroom. Clean and really good value as usual.
[ProfMagellan, 07/11/2011] The Arden used to be an old run done affair owned by a faceless chain. I last stayed there about a dozen years ago and was kept awake all night by a Saturday night disco. Recently someone told me that the Arden had been purchased by new owners who had completely rebuilt it preserving its only charming exterior. I was keen to try it out for my annual visit to the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre itself recently rebuilt. I was not disappointed. From check in to check out I was most impressed. Charming receptionist (Dutch perhaps), an upgraded comfy room (called Apple) and excellent dining. And righ

[7622jon, 15/08/2011] Set in its own grounds and surrounded by mature trees, this hotel left two impressions. The first was of a well operated four star country hotel, ideal for weddings and functions, with a good selection of bedrooms - some in an annex - and ample parking. The second may seem minor - but it was a real pleasure to not only take breakfast in my room, but for that breakfast to include orange juice that tasted of orange juice (other hotels take note), and what tasted like locally bought sausages.
As a Brit I find it amazing that it has taken a French Hotel Chain to offer me one of the best tasting br

[BagpussBee, 27/07/2011] We stayed here on July 23rd as we were attending a wedding reception at Wetherley Manor just down the road.
Baggington is in the middle of nowhere but easy to find and even though it's directly next to West Coventry Airport it is certainly very quiet!...
The room was very clean, which to me is the most important thing, yes, it was basic but I guess it depends on your view of basic. There were tea and coffee making bits and bobs, biscuits, a flat-screen tv, the bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels and soap / shower gel etc available so the room had everything you needed for a relaxing

[tommy_67, 11/07/2011] Another nice stay in this quaint, family run hotel.
Friendly staff, delicious food and a great location made my stay very pleasant and relaxing. I shall definitely be returning soon.
[hannah_i, 05/07/2011] With the park being outdoors, it's recommendable to bring waterproofs or at least an umbrella! The park has a great variety of rides, so is really suitable for everyone. It's worth considering when you visit, since the queues in May-August are rather time consuming, yet the weather in September-April can be disappointing. Clearly visiting during the holiday season will mean spending a good part of the day queuing (max. 1 hour for e.g. Oblivion / Air / Nemesis). Best to visit in e.g. April and / or start the day early before most visitors have made it to the park, or have the time to spend the entire

[Smithy1988, 24/04/2011] We really enjoyed our stay at the Wroxeter Hotel. Our warm welcome from the reception was the perfect start to a faultless stay.
We had a lovely spotless room with a postcard view. We had dinner in the hotel which was great - we even ate again the second night.!
Breakfast was tasty both morning, despite it being rather busy one of the days.
All staff were gracious and kind - from reception to housekeeping.
After leaving the hotel we decided to call and book for our next stay - we cant wait to return. well done wroxeter!
[ChrisUK, 24/04/2011] I stayed here for 1 night after 2 enjoyable nights at the sister Cawsand Bay Hotel. It is on the Rame Peninsula in the SE corner of Cornwall and is the midway point between the villages of Kingsand and Cawsand (the old border between Cornwall and Devon).
There is a good selection of beer in the bar, very good food (I had one pub meal and one full breakfast both of which were excellent) and the bedroom was actually of a slightly higher standard than the hotel and cheaper!
The landlord is very friendly and if I were to revisit the area this is where I would probably stay.
[shazzab123, 26/03/2011] After reading so many bad reviews about this hotel we were very pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by a very efficient receptionist who asked if we would like to join their free of charge priority club and therefore could upgrade our stay even though we had booked through Tripsta. the room was small but big enough for one night, extremely comfortable bed and fantastic power shower. Our only concern was the price of the internet. This is always a concern with us as we feel that to charge exhorbitant charges for one days useage is unfair and unneccesary. Apart from this we had an excelle

[afarmer2011, 28/02/2011] I was very disappointed with my visit. You can get a good view of the house from the street, and I wished I'd left it at that.
The visit includes very little that is "original Shakespeare" other than the house - so for £12.50 you don't get much more than a look at replicas and articles that "might have been what Shakespeare saw / used / went to school." The showcase item is an initial "Complete Works" document - but obviously this wasn't something the Bard created himself.
Hopefully my visit was on and "off-day" in "off-season" - I didn't get any of the "speeches" other people seemed to

[clarkee73, 06/02/2011] I took my son here for a random day out and we loved it. He was at an age where the Thomas The Tank Engine area was a massive hit. Had difficulty going anywhere else.
This is not on my door step and I didn't appreciate what a great day out it is.
Sadly he is a bit older now but my nephew will be next to go there in a few years!
[clarkee73, 06/02/2011] I stayed here overnight and it was a nice hotel.
The staff were attentive and pleasant. Very clean and well maintained.
The rooms were a good size with a nice bathroom.
I chose sleep over having breakfast but I did leave at 6am to drive to London
[JoeyR, 31/01/2011] Very friendly staff, delightful hotel
[40winks40, 17/01/2011] I stayed here during the weekend of January 8 / 9, 2011. Very warm friendly atmosphere, lots of hot water, lots of well cooked food. Rooms are spotless. Would highly recommend this one!
[lightningst, 28/10/2010] on arrival the hotel looked lovely and cosey, when we got in the room all appeard fine at first but there was a number of problems room was listed as having a dvd player and mini bar both of which where not in room there where dirty glasses in the cuboard that smelt of wine the bed was comfy but seemd to slope towards the middle.
there is no where to get anything to eat so you have to get your own food but theres nothing to eat anything with or on!!!
we stayed with a two year old and would not recommend it but for a couple it would be suitable
