Location. Set opposite Vilamoura's marina, shops, and restaurants, the Olympus Sun Club aparthotel is 400 metres from Marina Beach, 450 metres from the casino. Faro Airport (FAO) is 25 kilometres away, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Hotel Features. The Olympus Sun Club aparthotel shares a 10 storey property with a ground floor arcade that includes a golf shop, restaurants, pubs and a beauty salon. A lobby computer provides high speed Internet access (surcharge), and parking is available in nearby public car parks.

Guests enjoy a complimentary hot and cold buffet breakfast each morning, whilst the lobby bar serves drinks from early morning to late night, and in summer, a snack bar offers indoor and outdoor terrace seating. There are also independent restaurants in the ground floor arcade.

The property has a 21 metre pool and separate children's pool bordered by a sunbathing lawn and gardens. There is also a tennis court (surcharge) with floodlighting for night play. Beach chairs, parasols and water sports equipment can be hired from independent operators on Marina Beach (400 metres away) and Falesia Beach (750 metres). A complimentary shuttle service is provided to all four golf courses within the 5,000 acre Vilamoura development and to another course, Vila Sol. Guestrooms. Olympus Sun Club offers 125 air conditioned self catering apartments. Furnished balconies and floor to ceiling windows provide views of Vilamoura town. Decor is contemporary. Equipped open kitchens include hobs, microwaves, refrigerators, toasters, and kettles. Amenities include safes, partial daily housekeeping (twice weekly linen changes), direct dial phones, cable TV, safes, and bathrooms. The town of LoulÚ, 10 kilometres from the hotel, is known for its artisans such as coppersmiths and leather workers, as well as for the partially restored ruins of a medieval Saracen castle that houses an archaeological museum. Notice: Property is currently being renovated, though it remains open to the public. Renovations will be complete in March 2007.
