, 27/07/2011] Terrible, hotel staff were unfriendly, little english spoken, they knew we were going out for dinner and had also booked the 4am taxi the next morning for our flight to Cambodia. That night we went out and when we checked our travel pouch the next day when we got to Cambodia we realised that $270 AUD had been stolen!! The manager claimed, via email, that it was "not my responsibility". Pray tell, whose responsibility is it then? This hotel is in dire need of a makeover, airconditioning made lots and lots of noise that kept us up and of course the manager doesn't seem to have YOUR best interest
