Historical Significance
Located in the heart of Vientiane it is hard to miss this concrete edifice. Built from concrete left over from the American presence here during their 'Secret War' in Laos, it has posted a rather interesting quote from Lonely Planet on the inside of the statue.

Thankfully free to visit as you really wouldn't want to pay.
