Charge for bed linine per person: 1.75€.The house was built in 1805. The ROOMS, STUDIOS and APARTMENTS are very SIMPLE and have central heating, wooden floors, small kitchen-corner, PRIVATE SHOWER&TOILET, dishes, linen and towels. There is a WASHING MACHINE and drier for all guests, it works with €-coins. Bikes can be parked in the courtyard.Warning: please do not expect any fun or entertainment in the house. We will wait for you at 19:00 pm and you must ring the phone number displayed in the window beside the door at IM WERD 5 at 19:00pm!MOVE IN&MOVE OUT:Accommodations are cleaned and ready to move in by 17:00pm at the latest. Before this time you can leave your luggage in the apartment and take the keys.Accommodations shall be left by 10:00am on the day of departure. Please leave the keys in the apartment when you leave.LUGGAGE STORAGE:is possible upon request. the charge for luggage storage is € 15,- / day.CANCELLATION POLICY:Cancellations must be made 1 week prior to arrival. Cancellations of bookings over New Years or Easter must be made 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made via EMAIL to the hostel. For no-shows or not staying in the booked accomodation the same applies accordingly.
