Close to all the amenities and the major historical sites. From the train station or Piazzale Roma, the closest public boat stop is Rialto, approximately 5 minutes walk, and from the Marco Polo airport the nearest public boat stop is San Zaccaria, approximately 8 minutes walk. There is also a private pier for water taxi.

Maria Formosa, muy cerca del puente de Rialto as como de la plaza S.Marco. El appartamento S. Maria Formosa es una antigua demora de 140 mq, est arredado con gusto, dotado de todas las comoditades, cocina con electrodomesticos, 6 puestos camas en total y una relaxante vista sobre el canal de S. Severo, animado por las canciones de los gondolieri. El embarque de los vaporetto (barcos en servicio de transporte pblico) sobre el Canal Grande ms cercano es aquel de Rialto, pero cercano est tambin el embarque de S.Marco (los dos son embarques del transporte pblico para el aeropuerto). En el piso hay una habitacin con cama matrimonial, una sala de estar (con sof-cama), una habitacin doble, una cocina con comedor y dos aseos. El piso no est dotado de condicionador, sin embargo es muy fresco debido a su particolar posicin. El piso est dotado de televisor, lavadora, lavavajilla, horno de microondas y calefaccin autonoma.
