The nearest vaporetto (water bus) stop is on line 42 or 52 at the stop called Guglie. The Santa Lucia train station is 5 minutes walk. Rooms overlook the Rio Tera San Leonardo which is home to a lively fruit market.
Casa Martini has a terrace and a roof garden where guests can relax in peace as well as a shared sitting room. Each floor of the building is decorated in different style.
