Cellar tour at Bottega del Vino

We went here for my 40th Birthday (organized secretly by my wife) and she had not only booked but had asked to be shown the cellars which was agreed in a call from the UK. I have to say our evening did not start well. We arrived early at 7.30 (our appointed time) and had our son Archie with us aged 9 months in a small push chair. We were shown past a good table with our name clearly on it (the waiter picking up the card as he passed) and lead us to a back room, cosy but completely empty and not in the lovely high ceilinged main part.
