[martanikolova, 06/01/2012] This is one of the best places in Varna. Big and well-maintained, the park is one of the symbols of the city. It is ideal for a walk, especially with kids. It is big, green and there are many attractions and cafes situated there. The dolphinarium is there, the beach is a natural extension of the park and there are many small or bigger attractions for everyone. You can reach it easily; there are good transport connections nearby. There are some spots with amazing view over the sea.
[Yantra, 12/09/2011] We had decided to spend that day discovering Varna by walking, (that is rediscovering it for me, since my mother was from Varna and, as a child, I had spent many wonderful summers at my grand parents).
After visiting the ethnografical museum, it was time for lunch, so we started looking around for a suitable place in the shade.This is how we came across this open gate, just a few yards away from the museum, and as the tourists that we were, we peaked inside. [snezhito, 28/06/2011] The church is situated in the very center of Varna among the ruins of the old Roman baths.
It exists in its current state since 1838. The old church was burned down in 1836 and then rebuilt. According to the historians, in the Middle Ages the place where the modern church is situated used to be occupied by two old churches dating back to the 13-14th century.
Inside the church is very nicely decorated in the typical Christian Orthodox style and the murals are in very good condition. At our wedding there was also a choir, which I did not expect but it added up very much to the festive atmosphe

[jorjaUK, 26/06/2011] I have stayed at this hotel three times and although it is in a residential area, so the view is of apartments, it's only about a ten minute walk to the centre of Varna and from there it's an easy walk to the sea garden. There is a shop on the next corner selling most everyday things. The airport shuttle has never let me down and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is cold but adequate. My room was clean, spacious and cleaned every day. As a woman travelling alone I always felt safe and I will definitely stay there again.

I have certainly eaten over 100 (yes, one hundred) meals in this wonderful establishment. I am a serious foodie with wide experience of Michelin starred food and nowhere else in town comes close. There is a daily changing menu of whatever fresh food has caught the chef's eye in the market that morning. This is very unusual in Varna - most restaurants have a pre-printed menu (with photographs!) of pre-prepped, pre-frozen dishes. [Alissonlady, 08/03/2011] Very spacious and comfortable rooms, very quiet and suitable for relax. I've had a massage in my room, which made my trip very pleasant. The food in the restaurant was very good, and the service as well. I visited one of the concerts in the bar and i've had a great time! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay, feel special and appreciates such types of boutique hotels. This is a place for connoisseur!

[Stamatis, 19/11/2010] It was extremely modern, and the rooms were very comfortable.The staff could not have been more courteous, professional, patient, and helpful. The location is excellent, immediately across the street from the Sea Garden park, which provides access to the beach, the summer theatre, the aquarium, the delfinarium, and a host of other attractions. The archaeological museum and Roman bath ruins are within easy walking distance. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance, too, should you decide to dine outside the hotel bistro.

[manster, 18/08/2010] I loved it here. There was plenty of room on the beach. Lovely little town and tavernas. The beach is not far from the hotel - which was very booked up - so very popular. The walk into Varna was just 10 minutes. Fantastic place to stay. Will be going again sometime.
[glider, 11/08/2010] OK, so. The dolphins are cute, nice smart, playfull. Unfortunately the people behind them are interested only in making quick money. No I am not a green peace activist but ...
The show was publicised on the net as a 45 minutes spectacle. After a 5 minutes late start the entire show was done in under 30 minutes !!! Even more , from that 30 minutes almost half wasoral presentasion(in bulgarian, russian, german and english) and some kind of joke involving one of the spectators. So actualy the dolphins has performed no more than about 15 minutes. Also only 3 of the 5 dolphins are actualy performin

[apolo_krit, 12/07/2010] Observatory is located in the sea garden. One of the most - interesting sights in Varna. The Observatory has about 100 seats. The Observatory was founded 45 years ago, but was first astronomical complex, consisting of an observatory, a planetarium and a Foucault pendulum. As far as I've heard that a pendulum is only in the Balkans. Observatory every day lecture hall in its star. I love listening to these lectures are very interesting and real. Only a few minutes and leave you like being in space.
[apolo_krit, 12/07/2010] Developed recently that have opened in Varna large mall or shopping mall just grand. I could not go on its opening on May 27, but after two weeks it visited. The building is very large and terribly cozy. There were a few performances. Like disco and separate several people had put on the cartoon characters were also two guys who played break. And visited the shops. There are - different shoes, clothes, jewelry and many other interesting things. In the basement there is a very large supermarket for everything from shopping there and am very pleased and goods and services.

The staff is very nice and helpful, and also I had very delicious meals at the bistro of the hotel perfectly combined with a glass of live beer from the brewery of the hotel complex :)))
[Milen_I, 29/06/2010] Panorama Hotel in Varna is one of the worst 4 star business hotels I have ever been to.
The staff was rude, breakfast was a sorry affair and the reservation department charged my Austrian colleague double rate...
The rooms are not too spacious and a bit on the shabby side, business facilities are nothing great.
I was disappointed by the place although it was recommended by a local friend.
Will never stay there again!!!
[Milen_I, 28/06/2010] Attended a 2 day conference in the hotel everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and very professional. i would strongly recommend the hotel for any business meetings, conferences, lunches etc. My room was of decent size. The breakfast buffet was ok, but nothing exceptional. The location is convenient if you want to walk around the city center. there is also a free of charge car parking. Overall good place, i would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are not really up to 5 stars standards although the staff is nice and the breakfast is good. All rooms have beautiful view over the sea.
Al in all good hotel for your trip to Varna.

[Milen_I, 18/06/2010] A very good hotel for the standards in Bulgaria. Modern furnishings and well appointed rooms. Breakfast buffet very good and staff is going the extra mile.
The only negative is that some of the rooms are slightly noisy as the hotel is located on a busy street.
I have stayed in double room and medium apartment and both rooms were nice. My wife loved the entirely natural hotel cosmetics.
Fantastic place will stay there again!
