It was started by Australian Businessman Roy.Roy is a keen sailor and rumour has it that the original Flag building was swapped by Roy for his Yacht upon arriving in Varna. Roy has now retired from the hostel world and has become an international property developer. The last we heard he was buying up large chunks of Berlin. Flag is now under new management and is owned by an Englishman - Dave.Flag Varna is in the very centre of Varna. We are less than 10 minutes walk from the Beach, Bars, Clubs and Restaurants.
