BeachCentral (Centralen Plaj)

We visited the beach in 2005 when I and my family were staying in a hotel in Varna.
Its the central city beach, but peopel also know if as officer beach.

Location

It is about 10 minutes walking from the center of Varna and 5 minutes from the Sea Garden.

Sands and sea water

Its sands are very soft, and the children love play with it.
The water is clean, and is very shallow deeply in the sea. This make it very appropriate for children. There are no dangerous fishes in the sea. It is not windy.
But the sands are very dirty and the beach is incredibly crowded.
The beach has lifeguard service, umbrellas and decks for rent.

Beach

There are few places there to eat and drink. Often there pass sellers of hot corns and ice-creams.
For season 2008 there will be invested 10 million Euro for rebuilding the baths and cleanign the sands.
The beach offers many activities, but surfing and jets are not allowed.

Mostly Bulgarians visit the beach. There is no entrance fee.
