Renovated in 2001, this air-conditioned hotel comprise 35 floors in the main building and 27 floors in the neighbouring building, with a total of 733 rooms, of which 15 are suites and 22 are disability-friendly rooms. Guests are welcomed in an elegant lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, and several lifts. Culinary options include a caf , a bar, and a cosy restaurant with highchairs available for children. Further facilities include a selection of shops, a hairdressing salon, a breakfast room, a dining room, a bicycle storage room, and a public Internet connection. W-LAN is available throughout the hotel buildings. Business guests may make use of the conference rooms, while all guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services as well as the medical assistance. The Butchart Gardens in Greater Victoria on Vancouver Island Canada cover 55 acres and is open throughout the year. Located centrally in Whistler, the Teppan Village is an authentic Japanese steak house, but also offers dishes such as seafood, chicken and vegetarian dishes.
Guests are placed on bar-style table around the kitchen and will be able to watch the chefs preparing their food. For little guests the restaurant provides a childrens menu.
The restaurant can also cater for groups up to 120 people and their catering menu can be accessed through the website, as well as booking for all guests can be made via e-mail.
