From the hostel you can also easily get to the mountains to hike and ski, the local biking trails or down to the water. Shantz Haus has the ambience of a B&B in addition to all the conveniences of a hostel which include a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, cozy common room with fireplace, library with games, patio with barbeque and parking, and storage for sports equipment. Complimentary linens and lockers are provided along with 24 hour acces for registered guests. Registration check in times are in the mornings until 11:30am and from 4:30 to 9pm in the evenings.
