[sylvanab, 15/12/2011] I stayed here for 3 nights for my son's 6th birthday. The location was excellent... close to metro and bus stops, with a Christmas village and rides right next door! Very close (walking distance) to the Bioparc Zoo, and next to the vast Turia Gardens where me and my son spent the afternoons relaxing! Also surrounded by shopping complex, everything can be found here. The staff was really nice and helpful, and the breakfast was superb! Really worth it, will definitely stay in this hotel again if I return to Valencia.

[AlanMac, 04/06/2011] Because of leaks from other apartments both bathroom doors were nearly impossible to close. Insufficient towels supplied. Use of toaster and attempted operation of microwave resulted in loss of apartment electricity (had to go turn switch back on in mains electricity box to rectify). Unable to find CNN or any other English TV channel, an odd contrast to most parts of Europe. Even in Bangkok we were able to find over 10. 2nd bathroom shower hob defective resulting in water from shower escaping and soaking surrounding floor areas. No soap supplied. Only enough hot water to cater for 4 ver

[MycketM, 31/03/2011] The Purple Nest Hostel in Valencia is a really nice location for young travellers to stay and meet a lot of people!
The Hostel is located right in the city centre of Valencia so almost everything is in walking distance. It's also very close to the Turia, a very beautiful park where you can relax, do sports and hang out with friends.
The Hostel itself is very colourful. Every room has a different colour and is equipped with bunk beds and lockers. I was staying in a room for 8 people which was really fine, everything was very clean, even though it was august and the hostel was full. The bathro

[MycketM, 30/03/2011] The Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias in Valencia is one of the main attractions of the city. It is situated at the end of the dried out river Turia, which was turned into a huge park a couple of years ago. It's providing the Valencian citizens with a several km long park, curled around the old town, including some sport facilities, a children's playground, small rivulets, fountains, palms and many many tracks where you will find people jogging and bycicling all day - and the Ciudad de las Artes.
The Ciudad de las Artes actually consists of a number of huge modern buildings, housing the "He

[tomson2101, 13/01/2011] Great hotel, it's next to one of the El Corte Ingles, easy access and close to almost everything. Although it has increased pricing in the last few years, used to be the finest and affordable place for someone who would visit the Valencia fair ground.
Breakfast is average compared to some other hotels, but acceptable.
[Trevormg, 05/12/2010] Arriving at midnight without a reservation is no problem for the reception staff who made us feel welcome. Room was warm and well appointed. Breakfast was very nice and service excellent. After a difficult return journey from Prague in December it was a pleasant place to stay. Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia.
[derwent10, 28/09/2010] the venue itself has that wow factor that you are always looking for. slightly let down by poor music and acoustics in the open air section but downstairs provides a more athentic EURO clubbing experience.
[lyvia67, 08/01/2010] Very stylish 4 stars hotel - nice decorated. I never imagined before that brown curtains may look so beautiful... It is not in the very center but there is a bus station just in front of the hotel. So, if you are not willing to spend money for taxi you can reach the center for a little more than 1 euro. The L'Oceanografic is on a foot distance. Also by foot you can reach the beach.
[lyvia67, 08/01/2010] Opera hotel in Valencia is 4 stars hotel and is very stylish and modern looking. It is a real pleasure to stay there. The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms - well ecquipped. There is a free bus to the Feria Valencia. The only negative impression came from the restaurant - and especially from its working hours. In the eveneing it opens at 9.00 (which is pretty late for my habit, for example). But if you go at 10,30 you will find out that it is too late for preparing a dish because the restaurant closes at 11,00!! I wonder when it is working at all...
[pinkboots, 15/12/2009] Purple Nest is the best hostel I've been so far without exaggeration. I spent there a week this summer during my travellings in Spain and had an amazing time. Met a lot of nice people, had loads of parties. The hostel has all the basics needed: clean, colourful rooms, lounge, internet, terrace... etc. and much more: aircon for the hot Spanish nights (much needed in August trust me:))) and - the best of all - a BAR!!! The bar is the meeting point, it was packed every night, drinks were cheap and the atmosphere great.
I also have to mention the staff. Great guys, very friendly and helpful, sm

[shaun1968, 21/07/2009] i would recommend this place to all, i got cheap flight out to barcelona and stayed at the travel lodge loved it and would use again
[Kevin25, 08/07/2009] A perfect place to lead to the family and to enjoy the nature. Its great zoo! Bioparc has many species of animals. My favorites are the lemures :) Totally advisable to visit, Bye!
[Jasper, 18/05/2009] The review where right. Valencia Mansion IS the best place to stay in central Valencia!
[fireworks, 04/05/2009] I went to Valencia and try this hotel for first time. The attention in the reception was more than enough to make you feel comfortable. Which I would rate as 10. Just not so sure about the Restaurant. No so much to choose, quite expensive and the service just fair. Sleep there but eat around.
[nicegirl, 29/04/2008] I was a little taken back when I saw the winding staircase I had to go up (with my big suitcase) and the size of the rooms but all in all our stay was quite pleasant. The rooms and the street are very quiet and the cleaning is superb. You do have to share a bathroom with 2 other rooms but it is very clean. The rooms have nice balconies and the location can't be better. I recommend it only if you don't mind sharing a bathroom.
[pocahantis, 20/06/2007] Having stayed at other hotels in the Valencia area I would definitely stay at the Zenit again. Not only is it a great location for walking around from but with the station across the road any time we needed a taxi there was no shortage as there is always a long line of them queueing up there. The facilities were more than adequate for our short break and the staff were very helpful even looking after our luggage the day we checked out until we came back for it later in the day.
I would not hesitate to recommend this modern and well equipped hotel

[trivago traveller, 08/06/2007] We stayed here because of the proximity of the port, we attended the Americas Cup races.
[Essexgirl, 23/01/2007] Valencia is a lovely, compact city with a mild climate, that and the fact that budget airlines now fly there (the airport is just a 15 minute taxi ride away), makes it an excellent city for a weekend break.
The Vinnci Lys is based in the heart of the Old Town within walking distance of the main tourist attractions and close to the bus and train network should you want to visit the beach or City of Arts & Sciences which are on the outskirts.
The facilities at the hotel are very good and include a spa / health suite where you may receive complementary vouchers (depending on booking offers)
