It is situated in the Barrio El Carmen just seconds from the excellent Central Market, just behind La Lonja, a beautiful Unesco protected building and with-in easy walking distance from the train station and a short ride from the bus station.Hôme has an easy, laidback atmosphere with warm and helpful staff on hand to help steer you to the beaches, bars, monuments and places of interest of Valencia. If a lazy day indoors is what you need then feel free to lay around in the lounge, watch a movie or just cook up a batch of whatever your craving for in our fully equipped kitchen and surf with the wifi connection.IMPORTANT: This is in regards to the payment forreservations made for the 24th, 25th and 26th of june for the Formula 1;29th, 30th and 31st of august for the Tomatina;4th, 5th and 6th of november for the GP Moto;30th, 31st december and 1st january for New Years Eve;and payment for 'Las Fallas'. After the booking we will charge the ENTIRE Amount of the booking on your credit card at the end of January or first days of February 2011.Cancellations will be accepted until 10 days before. Anything less than 10 days notice, no refunds will be given.Payment for F1, Tomatina, Moto GP and New Years Eve: After the booking, we will charge the entire amount on your credit card two weeks before the arrival. Cancellations will be accepted until 10 days before the event, and any notice less than that, no refunds will be given.If you cancel your reservation 10 days before the arrival, the hostel won't charge you any cancelation fee. If you cancel after 10 days before your arrival or you not show off, the hostel will charge the amount of the whole reservation.
