[Mikesh, 14/11/2011] A great historical building that has not been maintained. History: Built by Akbar during his reign. It took 15 years to be built. It was the 1st well planned city under Mugul rule. He made the place in honor of the sufi(holy man) that lived there and who had predicted he would have a son there. This son of Akbar survived unlike the previous two. Parts of the forts have places built in honor of Akbar's different victories. They shifted out of this as being a capital due to water shortage.
