Built in 1908 as a holiday residence expanded by the Salesians on 1934, then destroyed by the war, it was re-opened as a hotel in 1984. Only a short distance from the nature parks of Val Troncea Orsiera and Rocciavre and from the great woods of Salbertrand and the fort of Fenestrelle it is the ideal spot for fishing excursions and wildlife photography.
