The ideal luxury villa destination for those wishing to experience authentic Bali up close and personal. Located on the edge of rice fields of the fabled small village of Batuan, known from the Batuan Style of painting. With no other signs of tourists in sight, it reflects the rural charm of timelessness. Yet only 20 minutes from tourist meccas Ubud and Sanur. The region offers the best of Bali. Experience the many (art) museums and galleries, temples and palaces, dance performances and ceremonies, traditional markets and the famous craftsmanship (painting, silver / gold smithing, stone / wood carving, and batik textile). Here you can study Balinese music, dance, painting or cooking. Meanwhile enjoying sweeping views of rice paddies, mountains and forest in an uninterrupted panorama. On the grounds stroll over our tropical garden decorated with local stone carvings and water features, swim in the spacious pool beneath Balinese side fountains or relax in indoor / outdoor lounging areas.
YOUR ACCOMODATION
Two villas and two suites blend modern comfort with traditional inspired Balinese architecture in a natural setting. Equipped with spacious rooms (42 m2) and terraces / balconies and all amenities (incl. air conditioning and wifi).
The villas are surrounded by your own private walled garden with fishpond, outside bath and pavilion (baleh).
OUR SERVICES
We, a Dutch-Indonesian couple, together with our wonderful Balinese staff, will do everything we can to provide you the experience of a lifetime.
We like it to assist you in planning or making excursions going on feet, by bike or car. Car and driver available. Also massage, yoga, painting and cooking lessons, etc. we gladly organize for you. Full menu with Balinese and western dishes, carefully prepared with biological products fresh from our garden and local market.
