Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with full-size sofa bed. Penthouse suites are bilevel units with one queen bed and full bath in lofted bedroom and one full-size Murphy (pulldown) bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and fireplace on the main level. Some penthouse suites have a sleeping area with one queen bed behind French doors instead of a Murphy bed and all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Free high speed Internet access is available in all suites with wireless service in public areas of the hotel.

The Residence Inn Tyler is located seven miles south of downtown and one mile from Hudnall Planetarium and the Tyler Museum of Art. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of USD 75 per stay.
