It was built in 1930 for the Agnelli Family and renovated in 2006. From the building's high tower, guests have a breathtaking view of the city and the mountains. Further amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a safe and a lift, as well as cafés, the American bar "Il Salotto dei Principi", the restaurant "Casa Savoia" - which is also open to visitors - and the large breakfast room "L'Angolo Sabaudo".
