The author of this review starts by explaining all the different types of events. It is said to be a "celebration of the sea" with participants who are "full of competitive spirit". Whilst some boats boast the "latest marine technology", others don't. They all "fight against the Bora, Triestes famous wind". This annual date is "always eagerly awaited" and each participant has a "different tale to tell".
