Torquay harbour is a fully operational harbour and can be found at the North Shore of Tor Bay. The inner, or enclosed, part of the harbour is located right at the promenade and home to the marina of the seaside resort. The marina offers berths for 440 boats. The harbour is served by two piers, the Princess Pier and the Haldon Pier. On the Princess Pier visitors will find a promenade and the pier is also popular with anglers. Haldon Pier is a working pier and can be accessed with the car. The Pavillon Shopping Centre, shops,various restaurants, cafes and bars and a bus stop are located at the inner harbour. |
