[evele, 12/05/2011] .
the horidome villa in tokyo was recommanded to me by my brother, so i didn't think twice about making a reservation for a double room with shower&WC early this year.
the room rate was astonishingly reasonable considering its location (we had no trouble finding the hotel at all once we found out how tokyo's public transportation system operates).
we were given a room on the 6th floor; not much space to spread out your stuff and not much of a view, which we didn't overly mind, for the room was clean and had everything we needed - like an electric kettle, mini fridge, internet, tv, hairdrye

[svetlanakk, 08/10/2010] I stayed there in May 2005. The hotel is very nice, small rooms but good. The hotel is just infront of Tokyo central station and if you are staying on higher floor the view over the station is very interesting. I can say that the hotel is exactly in the city-center - on a walking distance to the Imperial Palaca, famous Ginza street and Tokyo tower. Also you can go in each part of Tokyo by train from the station. I recommend you the hotel.
[TimPrice, 08/11/2009] The Mandarin Oriental Tokyo is a truly impressive hotel with excellent service (as you would generally expect from a central Tokyo hotel) and superb surroundings. If you have the time, the city views from the 38th floor bars and restaurant are stunning, especially at night. It is not large by number of rooms, which is nice, but the rooms themselves are huge and immaculately presented. Everything you could think of was already in the room and even if you did forget to pack something one call would have it delivered to your room in minutes. The central location is excellent for accessing bus

[Jean1, 03/09/2009] This is the 4th year we have stayed at the Washington, so obviously we don't mind that the rooms are small (even though we are both tall) - we always request a Queen size bed. Shinjuku station is easily accessible via the underground walkway (very useful when you have heavy luggage to manoeuvre). Breakfast on the 25th floor is good (both Japanese and western style), and the hotel has a convenience store on the ground floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.
[numnum, 11/03/2009] If you think that Sanrio characters can only attrack children, it is totally wrong. As I know, there are over million adults crazy on Sanrio characters. So, if you go to Japan, you must visit this Sanrio Puroland.
Location: It takes 130 mins from Narita (Tokyo) Airport. If you want to get there from the city, it only takes 40 mins by train.
What to buy: You can buy various kind of Hello Kitty, My Melody etc Sanrio characters gifts here. And some of them are exclusive to be sold in here.
What to play: There is "Sanrio Puroland Theater", you can watch your favourite cartoon idols here.

[Cola, 19/08/2005] Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is a 5 star hotel which looms over the other buildings in the hip district of Shibuya in downtown west Tokyo. It was built in 2001 and refurbished again last year. There are 414 rooms and it caters for both holiday-makers and business travellers.
The guest bedrooms take up the top half of the Cerulean Tower building, from the 19th to the 40th floor. Other floors are given over to shops, businesses, conference rooms, theatres and restaurants.
