Frommers Tokyo: Smart-looking hotel with reasonable rates
The author points out that the "smart-looking" Westin is different to most other hotels of Tokyo, thanks to the design and decoration of the hotel ("black marble floor", "neoclassical columns", "palm trees" etc.).
